Lives and works in Spain
I have been a graphic designer for over fifteen years, and I have painted for as long as I can remember. For me, art is not merely a discipline: it is a refuge, my pause to silence the outside noise and find a place where I can express myself with complete freedom.
After years devoted to realism and illustration, my evolution led me into abstraction and contemporary art. My work is the interpretation of my own reality, where I play with form, colour, texture and volume. Abstraction is my main language, though at times a piece edges toward form without ever becoming figurative.
I do not work from a fixed plan. When I stand before the canvas, I let the painting set its own course: I never know how it will end. I love experimenting with materials, textures and colours, and every piece born in my studio is one of a kind.
When one of my pieces reaches a home, it comes signed and with its certificate of authenticity. I hope that, as you look at it, you feel the same sensitivity and balance I seek while painting it.
